My name is Cammy Minor. I am a State Licensed Certified Massage Therapist. I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy Massage, Reiki energy work and Raindrop Technique with Essential Oils.

 

Massage helps to relieve the stress and tension of daily living. Massage is beneficial to everyone. We all lift, bend, twist, pull, push, and over extend our bodies. Massage increases flexibilty, range of motion, circulation, and a sense of well being. It also decreases tension, stress, and pain; which is the bodies way of telling us something is wrong.

Swedish Massage - Is a light and relaxing form of massage. Swedish massage is good for relaxation, increased circulation and stress relief.
 
Deep Tissue Massage - Uses similar techniques as swedish massage, but is deeper, slower and more specific.

Myo facial / Trigger Point - This type of massage loosens facia and treats trigger points; areas of tension and congestion. This type of massage is very effective in treating back pain, TMJ and carpal tunnel.

Energy work can be used with massage to help restore balance, peace and harmony. Bringing balance back to the body allows the body to heal itself. Energy work can also be a good alternative to massage when even the lightess of touch is not tolerated, due to circumstances such as chronic pain or illness.

Reiki (Usui) -  Is a hands on healing method that works with the chakra system and energy field to bring the body back into balance and a state of well being.

 

Essential Oils have been used medicinally since the times of the acient Egyptians for healing and good health. Essential oils are non-oily natural extracts from plant material. Often referred to as the life force of the plant. They are a highly concentrated form of plant energy.

Raindrop Technique - Combines the art of aromatherapy with the technique of Vita Flex and massage in the application of essential oils to various ares of the body. This technique helps to bring balance and harmony to the body.
